Week 7 – Fitness, Health & Nutrition
One of our most fun and laid-back nights is our fitness, health and nutrition classes where we have an hour of cardio-work and stretching then an hour with nutritionist, Aimee, from Simply for Life, Charlottetown.
The main theme of this class is making regular physical activity easy to incorporate into our daily routines, and simple changes to our dietary choices to make ourselves healthier.
