Week 7 – Health & Fitness
At long photo shoots and work days, models need to ensure that they’re getting the proper nutrients to give them enough fuel to keep running as well as look their healthiest. Nutritionist Amy from Simply for Life came and spoke to our models about some specific foods that help with stamina, skin and general health.
And then, the physical fitness portion ensued! Complete with squats and cardio, we ended the energizing session with some calming yoga stretches. Here are some shots – before we got too sweaty!
