Week 1 of our training program found the models being introduced to the dos and don’ts of runway walking and an introduction to facial expressions for photography.
The two amazing Amy’s from Simply For Life joined us for Week 2, teaching all of us the best foods to eat for our bodies, energy and stamina levels, and for our skin. This was followed by a model’s hour of fitness with Blake and Kim, then a yoga stretching session with Savannah.
Week 3 was purely runway training and photo posing. Photographer Mark Anthony Yammine took a few snaps of our models (even with our atrocious lighting!) to have them practise their posing for the camera. Here are a couple of samples:
